Contact Jack Reardon

Reaching out can be the hardest part. I read every message myself and will reply personally.

Getting in touch can feel like a big step, and there's no need to have the right words ready. Tell me a little about what's bringing you here, and ask whatever you wish about how I work, fees, or whether we might be a good fit.

Sessions typically last 50 minutes and take place online. I offer weekly short-term and long-term therapy rooted in Jungian principles and IFS, working one-to-one with adults, adolescents, and young people.

What happens next

From your first message to your first session, there's no rush. We move at a pace that feels right for you.

  1. 1

    You send a message

Tell me a little about what's bringing you here. Nothing you write needs to be polished or worked out.

  2. 2

    We arrange a first conversation

A brief, no-obligation call to talk through how I work, fees, and anything you'd like to ask.

  3. 3

    We begin, at your pace

If it feels right, we arrange an initial session and take the first step together.
